What you'll own
Design, build, and optimize the agent's autonomous workflows across supported integrations.
Work with onboarding teams to turn customer operations into working workflow configurations.
Spot patterns in how workflows break and feed those findings into the product roadmap.
Document workflow logic in plain language so the team and customers understand every decision the agent makes.
Test new workflow scenarios before they go live in customer environments.
What you bring
3+ years working with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Strong analytical skills that let you read a broken process and know where it failed.
Comfort working across multiple tools and APIs without a script to follow.
Clear written communication, documenting as you work rather than after.
Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
What puts you ahead
A background in operations, customer success, or solutions engineering.
Experience with AI APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
The ability to write basic Python or JavaScript to extend workflow capabilities.
